Built on the PARA framework (Projects/Area, Resources, Archives), it keeps everything organized without the usual complexity. You know which project is going well or is falling behind, which tasks to focus on, and what resources you can use to execute on them.
The Life System is made of 3 sections, each designed to work together and bring clarity to your life in a way that feels intuitive and natural.
The Project & Area Section
This is where everything comes together (your projects, your ongoing work, and everything in between). From projects like a YouTube channel or a startup idea to areas like aclass you're taking or your current job.
Think of it as a command center for the different parts of your life.
The Task Section
This is where you plan your tasks, make sure they don't get forgotten, and execute with the right resources so you always get things done.
The Notes Section
This is where you store and manage notes like thoughts, ideas, plans, strategies, or anything that comes to mind that you'd want to save for your projects and tasks.
Every resource is connected to a specific project or area. A note will automatically appear in a task if they share the same project/area.
After purchase, you'll receive a link to duplicate the system into your Notion app. If you're new to Notion, just create an account, and it should all work fine.
